It is also an excellent tool for small demo jobs like taking tile off shower walls and floors too.Power and durability I give it 10 stars, On the down side: vibration is major and there is no lock on switch for hammer only mode, outside of that excellent tool. I have had this hammer for about two years and it is a fantastic tool. One description would be POWER, this tool has it to spare it eats up concrete like butter, one inch holes all day no problem.
